Overall Defense: 1. Starting with James, he has to be willing to play more than just post defense. He has to try and stay in front of his man and force a tough shot from perimeter. 2. Gerald has to play better D when he comes in Movement on Offense: 1. James must become a willing participant off the ball, forcing his defender to work on defense at all times. Cuts to the basket and working off screens. 2. Clint has to be a better passer and play maker with the ball. He's not punishing defenses for switching smaller players on him 3. Better all around ball movement instead of dribbling the ball into the floor for 15 seconds and then running pic n roll
