You have to eat it with Fritos scoops. I haven't touched hummus

Peanut butter. Don't like the looks of it, the smell of it, or the texture of it. And also hummus, for the very same reasons.

You've never enjoyed a peanut butter sandwich? Your family must be too rich for that or too poor like mine and had to settle for ktchup sandwiches

I've never had Menudo or Bananas Fosters.

Sounds like a challenge for us to name a *common* dish/food. Imma gonna hafta pull out my Joy of Cooking book for ideas. Does Frito Pie count as common? I've never had that.

What about all the common deserts? Bread Pudding. Key Lime Pie. Peach Cobbler. A campfire S'mores?...a Diary Queen Neapolitan Banana Split? etc

I never have had Hot Pockets, but they do have a clever jingle.

I'm sure I'll try them again, but it hasn't been good in my experience so far. But I've only had them at a couple Dim Sum places in Asiatown on Bellaire. There are very few things that I won't eat because of the texture but this has been one of them.

Had all of those you named.

I don't consider a Frito Pie common and specific fast food desserts shouldn't count. In fact, many desserts and ridiculous decadent concoctions shouldn't count because they barely qualify as food.

Speaking of chicken feet, at a meeting in Hong Kong a while back, I ate several chicken feet and (pretended to) enjoy them. You should have seen the look on the faces of our Chinese hosts.

    All of the above.

Waldorf Salad definitely isn't "very common". Had it once or twice in my life. Neither is Sloppy Joes. Haven't had that since moving to Houston and getting married 29 years ago.

Red Velvet cake is totally awesome when done right, but apparently it's difficult. Too often it's dry or chalky.

The only texture I haven't liked is chicharron tacos.
