his trade stock is high, but not as high as some rockets fans think. very solid rebounder, very solid post defense...on a very affordable contract, while still being young. i'd say he has a similar (if not worse) trade value as larry sanders... however, i dont know how much you can improve hands, hand eye coordination, and thats something he's certainly lacking...maybe at best he's worth 10-11 mil a year, and we have him at 8
This is the question we should be asking. If Dwight does come here, Omer will be the likely candidate to be moved. IMO, he has pretty good value now.
I would ask for noah. Chicago might hang up and laugh, but they might think about it for a few seconds.
Kind of different, though. Drummond is a supreme athlete like Dwight, and then Greg Monroe is much more of a skillful, classy big guy. Really more of a PF than a center so they actually complement each other MUCH better than Asik and Howard would (offensively). Monroe can hit a free throw line jumper with consistency, and he's a great passer. Not really a comparable duo to these two if they were together in Houston.
