Teams Reportedly Growing More Reluctant To Sign Kyrie Irving NBA teams are growing "more wary" of signing Kyrie Irving due to how his season played out with the Boston Celtics on and off the court, according to sources. Steve Bulpett reported that two teams will only sign Irving if he can land another marquee free agent to pair alongside him. The Celtics remain optimistic that they can resign Irving. “We’ll have more conversations with him and his representatives in the coming weeks. We had a quick exit interview with everyone on the team, and the day after you lose a tough playoff series is not the time to have those conversations...I know he went on vacation, and as he comes back and we talk with him, we’ll see where things go," said assistant general manager Mike Zarren.
Duhhh... Kyrie really doesn't do himself favors. He has his ring which makes him attractive, but that will fade fast if he keeps blowing up teams and torching bridges.
