    I was looking at the ex-players and I was thinking wut ever happend to Oscar Torres? and most of the team from the past 2 or 3 yrs!?

    Last i heard he was in Golden State but didn't really play.

    Last played in the NBA in December 2002, looks like he was cut right after his birthday and before Christmas.

    Interesting side note, after being waived by the GSW, he signed with a team from Italy replacing Texas Longhorn star Kris Clack.

    It was pretty easy yo like Oscar. As I remember he had quite a fan club here. I think my favorite signature of all time was "secretary of agriculture - OT fan club" or something like.

    But....

    Can't help but notice that a lot of our previous bench players are no longer in the league. Torres, Tierre Brown, Terrance Morris, Hawkins all come to mind quickly. Glen Rice wasn't really a bench player, but one year from starting for us (when healthy) he has been cast aside by two teams.

    At least our present bench, Padget, Jackson, Spoon, Pike, Griffin and I guess Oakley, were all at least in the league last year. I see that as a real upgrade. May jsut be a sign of moving away form potential and toward today, but I do see it as an upgrade.

    I got my SLAM magazine recently and I noticed an advertisment with Tierre Brown in it. It says Contact Sports athletic apparel company. Also Felipe Lopez (Ex-Wolve) is in it.

    I saw that add too and it was weird cuz as far as i know he is not playing in the NBA right now, but it's nice to see that he is getting endorcement deals. He must be playing in another league or something.
