rockets don't need to do anything. just let him sit at home now. les will probably be happy he doesn't have to pay for another contract. meanwhile harrell, dekker, and maybe even wiltjer get on the job training

Well judging by BJ's recent history the more likely scenario is MDA is going out for coffee at 6 and will return home having seen not 1 Lithuanian; followed by a tweet misquoting a thinker from antiquity about overthrowing authority:D

By "Hold him hostage," I kinda hope it means tie him & his agent up in a dark basement
and order the CODE RED !!

This drama with D-Mo keeps getting worse. I voted place him back as a RFA...but if the Utah
story is correct. I don't want D-Mo to be offered a more beneficial deal than the Nets gave.

If you are the Rockets, you CANNOT set this precedent. BJ Armstrong and DMo have been bumbling fools in this entire process. You cannot allow them to end up strong-arming you if you're Daryl Morey.

I agree JSizzle.. This circumvention of the rules by being "chicken-s***!!" Shouldn't sit well with any team
because many agents "might" follow suit. Threatens CBA worked on by Players Union & Teams.
What Morey did with poison pill deals (Lin/Asik) pit Owner vs Owner....was within the framework
of the rules. *This being a part of the NBA league *Becoming a RFA (NBA rule bargained)
*Offered a Contract by an NBA team *Houston matched....all within the framework of the rules.
Holding out and not taking part of team physical is not holding up to "your end of the deal."
Jonathan Feigen (Houston beat writer) reports the $37 mil became $31 mil when Houston
matched. BJ Armstrong should have explained that "BEFORE" he signed his name on the
    Nets offer.

By the same token, we should never get excited for a free agent signing; am I right?

Dekker and Harrell must have got together last night and had a séance and put a demon on DMo. Thats the only logical explanation for his behavior at this point.

That or he's just a big fuc%ing idiot!

BJ also represents DRose and Draymond Green.
both being such great standout characters...
Just saying that it explains a lot.

this is not a wining situation for Rockets in any way. damage is done, cutting loose is the best option.

Omer Asik and pretty much every other player in contract negotiations etc with this team. At some point people need to look at the rockets.

Yeah, I honestly laughed at the thought of this at first but it's honestly just sad and extremely selfish of D-Mo and his d******d agent.
