What do people think about Bitcoin?

Btw, my transfer from Bank of America to Coinbase is not yet complete after 4 business days. Has anybody here experienced such a long delay?

 

I was replying to poster saying he heard someone say $100,000 and I was saying I've seen numbers of $500,000-$1,000,000 being thrown around. It's not what I think, it's what's im seeing from people in the industry.

Having said that, I don't think anyone has any clue...the entire world has potential to change and adapt to bitcoin/crypto, giving it more than 20 trillion in market cap... Or it could max out at 800 billion. The potential is definitely there though and I think hitting 1 trillion by the end of 2018 is well within reach... And we're just scratching the surface. If adoption and growth continue, I wouldnt necessarily think that 5, 10, 20 trillion is out of reach. This is just the beginning and any and all predictions have been smashed up to this point.

What exchanges are you guys looking at?
Always hearing some inflated prices here, I think you guys are maybe using the coinmarketcap overall which is terribly inflated because of Korean exchanges trading at a major premium.

You should use tradingview and look at the bitstamp price mostly.

I was talking to a friend of mine a few days ago saying we should get in at 12.2k. He said he was going to wait for it to dip and I jumped in. Told him to get in yesterday at 14k and he’s still waiting. This thing has a good chance to hit 20k this weekend.

 

I will admit my ignorance but . .. what does that mean.
If I dropped a hundred at 15K . . . Does 20k mean I now have 133$? (33% Growth translates straight across)

I was looking at gdax.

 

Wow. Just got mine. I had to contact their customer service. About after 5 minutes, I got an email that the funds had arrived.

Ps. BTC, omg!!!

 

About to hit 17.....is it really worth it at thus price or waiting until Sunday after the futures market
