I graduated with something called Technology Management. Just curious. Do they offer digital marketing/eCommerce as a major yet?
Computer Science, but why is it grouped in with Engineering in the poll?? Mechanical engineers and computer scientists really don't have much of anything in common other than having ugly girls in their classes and labs.
Whoops I missed that Architecture was grouped with Theater and voted other. I second Dubious' question. BA Architecture. MA Architecture.
I done graduated a long time ago, dog. I'm in online marketing now and was curious if it had made its way to academia yet. They didn't have it back when I done graduated from Gig em' ville.
What is the difference between a programmer, software engineer and developer? More or less the same thing in my book.
No difference. Those 3 are basically the same. One would say a software engineer designs programs and the developer takes his requirements and just simply writes code.... but usually they can both do the same. But I think the poll should have Computer Science on it's own line and then Engineering (Mechanical/Insustrial/Electrical etc...) on another line item. Those types of engineers aren't the same as a computer scientist IMO.
There's only so much I could put for 9 options. And yeah I made some mistakes, probably (economics, theatre)
