Toyota Center looks a bit dingy, at least on the outside. I hope they spiff it up before the all-star festivities.

They just need to power wash the ticket scalping bums off the street corners. Problem solved.

Perhaps if they created a dome over the entire inner loop, filled it with FRESH cool dehumidified air, made it mosquito resistant, hurricane/flood proof, replaced all of the mega churches w/mega strip clubs and offered free wifi, the Rox would have no prob attracting top tier free agents.

Or they would just move the team to Anaheim, problem solved.

Look, I grew up in Houston, I love a ton of things about the city itself, but I don't think I could get excited about relocating back. The home prices and lack of state income tax is appealing; but life is SHORT, and that horrid Houston humidity, and those damn mosquitoes would make it a tough sell for me personally. I'm sure i'll get hate for this, but until you've NOT consistently experienced that brutal weather, sht air quality, and having to douse your body w/chemicals every time you step outside to avoid be eaten alive, you cant really have an opinion here.

But i'll keep rooting for the Rox from afar.;)

Yeah come play in Houston where we can't fill an arena up against the Heat or Knicks

Where the Rockets are the third tier team in the city behind the Texans and Astros

Allow guns in the locker room? Provide a top barber and a tattoo artist at the players lounge?

We could open up a school for kids who can't read good and want to do other stuff good too, or maybe a spelling contest?

Yeah, but then instead of getting dancers who were attractive and could do the routines, they'd be selected based on PPSPS (pom pom shakes per second), TD% (true dancing percentage) and HTPM / per 36 (hip thrusts per minute, adjusted per 36 minutes).
