What are some of the best schools near Houston for Business Administration?

What do you do with a business administration degree? I actually have no idea.

 

I don't know how well the BBA program ranks, but UH's MBA is pretty good and probably the best value for money in Houston.

 

UH/Bauer is getting more and more selective and prestigious by virtue of the size of the applicant pool and large city location; but UT is the best, SMU and A&M's networks dwarf Houston's, and, while not having an undergrad business school, Rice Econ and Poli Sci majors will always get the best or, in a recession, only internships that are out there. You have to do very well at U of H and at least minor in either Accounting or MIS.

If you're looking for an MBA you should explore Tulane and UT's Houston based programs.

 

You can't beat UT or Rice if you are in Texas.

UT (McCombs), then UH (Bauer). I think UH is a better value than A&M overall, especially with scholarships.

All of your coursework will be in those topics and you can elect to specialize in one or the other. Furthermore, B.B.A. would be the degree everyone in the college gets, if not a BSBA.
