not only is San Antonio scared and desperate about this game but so will the crowd

Kawai Leonard is the biggest threat with the ball after that it is LaMarcus Aldridge in the post. The Rockets defended that well in game 1 and I expect a pop of it to counter and try to play through them and kick/swing it.

their biggest three Threats are Kawai and Patty Mills

A lot more physical with the rockets. They are going to rough Harden. The refs will probably swallow the whistles to make the series more interesting. But our good shooting will prevail in the end.

Spurs will look to get physical af and collapse with fouls. They will hack harden early.

Hardens pull up percentage dictates defenses always go under the screen. I'd also front Capela, make him slip the pick and then chase him to the rim while letting Kawhi take Harden one on one.

Offensively they need to iso Harden at the top with Parker or Mills. That's a much tougher cover for Harden than Kawhi. Iso Harden with the point. And the good old fashioned post-up on Capela by Gasol.

I think the biggest adjustment Pop will make is motivating LMA. No way this dude has fell off this much in 2yrs. I've seen him destroy us single handedly before so I know he is capable. We need to be prepared to see the Portland version of LMA in game 2.

Great insight. In addition to their adjustments, I don't care how well they close out on the 3s, there will still be plenty of 1/2 second daylight looks for the Rockets. Rockets (RYNO and Ariza) need to take those looks and not hesitate. The confidence in letting those shots fly will net some makes that would certainly come a long way in tempering the tone the Spurs will be looking to set and sustain throughout the game.

Offensively, Spurs will be more calm & efficient.
Defensively, they will run us off 3pt line and make us drive + make extra pass. No easy transition buckets.

Gonna be a close game 2!

I think that they try to come out with more focus, energy and raise their intensity on all the plays.

I'm sure they will run through complete sets and make sure to have at least one back on every shot that they put up so we better dominate the defensive boards. They only get one shot.

He is going to try to disrupt the Rockets pace. I expect a physical game and a lot of hard fouls. I expect some confrontations tonight.
