Would one hundred percent rather Have hill.

I think Hill's floor is a 10/10 guy...and he's shown that in the minutes he's played. That is much better than the points Beasley produce and Hill gives much more effort on defense.

    Disagree,

I think Miami would jump at that to clear off his salary.

But like someone said before...He lacks a lot of things. and the Heat are getting tired of it. Even Wade is "sick of answering questions about Beasley"

I think Beasley can be a 20/7 guy. Just needs the chance without Wade. He can play with the Rockets because we don't have anyone that is like Wade. We have all-star players but no Superstar player. He could fit right in, team will have trouble guarding all these scorers.

Beasley and Landry are virtually the same for the season, except for offensive. If he could work on his game to improve his offensive, his FG% might increase to Landry's level. He doesn't have the work ethic though. He only measured 6'8" at the nba draft camp.

I rather see Morey either develop Hill, who is taller, than grab a poor man's Landry and hope he improves to Landry's level.

Agreed cause that would be help them get a 3rd free agent of maybe a player better then Beasley, to play alongside Wade and maybe another superstar.

    Wade is phenomenal.

    Haslem is reliable.

    Arroyo is servicable.

The others on that Heat squad are just plain miserable.

I guess Michael Beasley still has some potential to be filled, but he's not a good fit for the Rockets imo.

Personally I think he could go way past Landry's level. Once he starts working on his game consistently. He's only 21. He has great potential.

We have Martin and Brooks(combined) take more shots than Wade.

Yeah they won't have to take as much shots when Beasley comes in. And they could probably get better shots once the court is spaced out. No more worrying about double teams cause you'll always have another deadly scorer waiting to get the ball and make a play happen.

Beasley is going to ruin that franchise. If/when the Heat get swept, Wade will offer the big ultimatum and it will all be because Beasley has been a big disappointment.

Beasley could be a 20/7 guy yes...but it looks more likely that Hill can be a 10/10 guy honestly and Hill has shown good defense and has had some offensive splashes. Along with having Scola and whoever we draft, I think it's worth it to keep Hill who may turn out to be the better player.

10/10 is much easier to get in this league then a player that can get 20/7. I would take the risk on Beasley. BUT let's get this clear...I still love Hill...No disrespect to him.

You don't even think Beasley average more than 7 rebounds.

Rockets have had enough undersized bigs that average 7 rebs or less and half a block for the last 5 seasons.

The Rockets need a 6'10"+ PF that can grab 10 rebs and 1 block in the game, especially when Yao sits or is injured.

Thing is though...Hill can get 10/10 now, so this is his floor IMO. At the limited minutes he's played he's always nearing a double double.

I think Hill's ceiling is closer to a 15/10 type of guy honestly, with what he's done in limited minutes.

I have never seen shoot first guards change into pass first PGs, because of an incoming PF that averages 14 pts.

Brooks and Martin aren't going to change from a shoot first mentality to pass first mentality, because of Beasley. They are ballhogs like Wade.
