Wasn't the rumor strong that Durant is going to stay in OKC no matter what but only signs a short term deal in order to go FA with Russell WB at the same time?

I'd be surprised if he did anything else. This nets him the most money and keeps his options open. People acting like he's leaving to another team for a long term are kidding themselves.

Varejao is pretty dirty too. Maybe they will start Draymond at the 5.

I love the warriors and think they are a GREAT team, but cant believe so many are picking them to win in 5 or less.

Yes Curry is the best player in the league, but on any given night, Durant and/or Westbrook can be the better, those two are that talented!

Okc size length and athleticsm will give the warriors trouble, especially if Bogut is out.

I think the Warriors win this in at least 6. Really hoping they win in an epic 7th game and series. Get ready for some offensive explosion peeps!

Nothing to see, unless you don't agree with a seeding system. #1 will always face just one of #2 or #3 teams. #8 and #4 or 5 are not your strongest teams. The whole point of winning regular season games is to give yourself the best odds in the playoffs.

Or would you rather a draw system like in the champions league? Like how atletico had to go through Barcelona and Bayern, meanwhile Real Madrid lose and draw their way against Wolfsburg and man city, really 2nd tier level competition before reaching the finals?

For those who are not familiar. Barcelona, Bayen, Real Madrid, and atletico are considered the best teams. Atletico had to beat all the best teams en route to the finals, meanwhile Madrid got all the lucky draws and played poorly to barely beat weak ass teams to the finals.

Atletico vs Real Madrid are city rivals, and like Miami vs Spurs, Real Madrid had beat atletico 2 years ago on a last second goal which forced OT and then won in OT. Payroll on Real Madrid is like 5x atletico's. This year could be a atletico redemption year, but look, Madrid didn't deserve to be in the finals for their poor performances against chump draws.

You just can't play every single rivals in any format. Nonetheless, the dubs had already proved that they will beat every team on their normal days, unless they underperform.

I don't think Curry is fully recovered.

It will show this series. Thunder in 6.

If you are right, OKC has a legit chance to win this series.

    Otherwise, nah.

    GSW in 5.

Warriors will play small ball most of the time, which forces OKC to play small as well, that means OKC will lose their only advantage, size.

If they stay with the bigs, Adam/Kaner will end up on Curry on pick'n roll, with Curry making 10+ 3s for the game.

The harden Howard pairing only shows how important it is to have chemistry between the top two players

Sad they could have never put aside egos to learn how to complement each other.

Well he will have about 5 days rest before the series. I bet he will be back to normal after already being effective in 2 games.
