Eh he's ok. I meant that 3rd guy that can go off kinda like Harden was when he was there

Durant and Harden alone would mean 50 wins next season. But they ain't gonna win d-ck in the playoffs without a reliable supporting cast. Look at how awful the Rockets were this season depending on Ariza, Bev, Brewer, and all 27 different PFs they had on the roster. We can't afford to sign Durant AND a bunch of solid role players. And we have no first round draft pick. This is a multiyear rebuilding project. Les and Morey can deny it all they want, but reality is gonna give them a nice swift kick in the teeth next season.

Okc has a very good team. They were up 3-1. They are good enough to win this series but they just didn't close it out. If someone like ibaka is your 3rd guy that's a huge luxury

BTW, can't believe Roberson passed that wide open three to a covered teammate. Absolutely shrunk in the moment. That's a liability.

But credit to my guy Donovan for elevating this team in his rookie season.

I wonder how much of Kerr's system relies on making insane 3s :) hahah, with Thompson in game 6 you basically didn’t even need a plan. GSWs really don't need green getting 12 fouls a game... Pretty great team that doesn't need the extra ref treatment.

all they keep saying on tv is how durant and westbrook played hero ball and didnt utilize their games

then they ask kerr how they came back and won and he's like

'klay thompson put us on his back in game six and carried us on his shoulders'

    lol

I feel like the Thunder shared the ball. Westbrook had 13 assts. The role players couldn't buy a basket. It all just came down to the big 2 clunking.

That's just the unrecognized genius of Kerr. You think it's Klay and Steph being the greatest shooters in history, but it's all just Kerr's system. All of it.

"We're not going home" Curry did what he said. PROPS to the MVP. WARRIORS!

The role players didn't play well enough, but it came down to the stars. Curry and Thompson did their job in the last 2 games, and Westbrook and Durant didn't.

Since Westbrook laughed at Curry's defense:
    Westbrook: 23.5 PPG, 17-48 (35%), 2-11 on 3s
    Curry: 33.5 PPG, 22-46 (48%), 13-26 on 3s

Yeah, but Kerr basically inherited this team, you know damn well that's why he passed on the dumpster fire NYKs. On top of that Curry was injury prone before and has definitely worked passed a lot of that. He's pretty dedicated unlike some other players who come in overweight to camp. I mean 73 wins though, I definitely credit the coach too, I'm just saying it's not like he walked into a broken team.

What was Kenny Smith talking about just now, being fake, hoping he twisted an ankle?

Yeah, but he's not a good shooter and i think at that point of the game he was like 2 on 10 from the field missing his last 3/4 shots so it's kinda understandable...

Curry and klay are just insanely ridiculous. They put Kerr on their backs. If they have an off night tonight they're toast.

    Unreal how they can shoot.
