Which sounds pretty typical for him? We've heard rumors and former players say that does quite a bit question his own players' manhood, sometimes.
ABC's attempts at improving the quality of their broadcast just keep getting worse. The voice over guy they're using now is just...out of place.
The Lakers are so loaded it's not even funny. They went from having to rely on Smush Parker and Bill Walton's son to adding Trevor Ariza, Pau Gasol, and (essentially) Andrew Bynum all in the same year. And my god, Deron Williams is sick.
LMAO @ the Jazz trying to run their offense through Korver and Brewer. Quite possibly the worst set of swingman ballhanders in the league, of course they're going to throw the ball away.
lol @ JVG callin' dude chris brown and the lakers are simply too deep. kobe isn't even trying to score right now.
deron is a true superstar. now he knows what lack of talent means. there's nothing u can do when u play by yourself.
it's nice being able to actually enjoy deron williams play instead of holding my breath and waiting for the inevitable onslaught.
if winning 9 rings ove the past 25 years makes the Lakers fakers, what do you call a team that can't advance past the 1st round of the playoff in more than 10 years? how about chokers.
Are you saying the Lakers haven't had any choking episodes in the past decade? Losing to the Spurs in 03 with Duncan and.....nobody else. Almost getting swept by the underdog Pistons in 04. Blowing a 3-1 lead against the Suns in 06 (very Rocket like). Blowing a 20 point lead to Bostin in Game 4 of the Finals last year. Getting mopped by 39 in the elminiation game last year. The Lakers are a better franchise. The Lakers will probably win the title this year. The Lakers arguably have the best player in basketball. With all that being said, they have had their choking moments as well.
watching the jazz play the lakers in the playoffs and seeing the jazz on the wrong end of all the questionable calls is always so refreshing. suddenly the "foul all the time and hope they don't call it" strategy turns into "foul all the time and get called for a foul all the time" and the jazz hate it.
oh yeah, and why is it that the lakers can leave brewer open and he goes 1-5 but if we leave him open he shoots 66% on his 3's? and boozer just missed a wide open 15 footer.
Yeah LA looks very good... and they have the ref on their side But looking at there defense, Yao and Scola would just tare them apart: if the wings make there 3s, LA would have to play them 1 on 1, Bynum cant stop Yao, and Gasol isnt a good enough defender to stop Scola playing like he is right now. LA's offense against the Rockets is the real problem
