Idk, but it's one helluva bill. Anyone more familiar with legislation know how it would become law?

Therein lies the rub for now. You have to find a doctor:
    1. without big pharma ties
    2. with an open mind
    3. with balls enough to buck the system

But over a period of time it will become commonplace. Because the money grubbing sanctimonious b****es can't stop the green wave.

A lot of doctors will begin offering MMJ recommendation services.

Cash business, doctors love that. Anywhere they can get revenue without dealing with blood suckling insurance reimbursements they will capitalize.

This specific bill will fail but because of this bill the decriminalization bill will pass. That bill means if you are caught with under an oz of mar1juana it does not go on your record and the harshest punishment is a fine not to exceed $100. It doesn't matter how many times your caught, never a trip to the station, never anything added to your record and never a fine over $100. Treated like a parking ticket-- **** that might even be harsher.

eventually from there it will lead to legal medical mar1juana in the next cycle

    and then FINALLY recreational mar1juana

the decriminalization should pass by 2016 and full recreational in Texas should be by 2018

according to polls, feedback and support numbers it all seems to be going as planned/expected

The plan by MMP which got it pushed through in all the states it has focused on so far

I think we will be pleasantly surprised..

At the very least a decriminalization law.. but with so much money to be made I don't know how legislators could turn down 2 more years of revenue from industrial hemp and MMJ

Recreational Legalization will be another cycle or two away

I think its at the point where politicians fear losing out on reelection if they don't support cannabis reform.. decrim or voting in a MMJ program would look great on these guys resumes for years to come.

Would they want to be known as the guys who rejected it, or rather the ones that ushered texas into a new era of prosperity - cementing reelection for years? Large majorities already want reform. If it's denied again people will demand change by voting for other congressmen.

Just heard a tidbit on the Skunk vs Organic debate.

Word is that Skunk refers to modified, or perhaps inter-bred mar1juana. These strains typically focus on THC content inducing a higher risk of psychosis and paranoia. On the other hand the Organic stuff procures the relaxing, positive, giggly high due to a better balance of compounds.

Seems like the stuff is only getting stronger in regards to THC content. Matter of fact I think there are studies that show the rise in THC levels over time. How much is too much?

this is a silly term for strong, saliva dominant buds.

skunk refers to the terpenoid profile of the bud and some strains are thusly named so..

so yeah a strong sativa dominant strain may give certain people panic attacks...

which is why hybrids with calming terpenoids and balanced cannabinoid ratios are essential... skunks and hazes still have their place.

How sleepy do you want to get?
Some BHO's are 77% THC. But the overdose effect is getting sleepy.

Never experimented with BHO's, but I'd guess it probably makes me "pass out", not approach a healthy sleep state.

At the end of the day, everyone will smoke for different reasons. Some just wanna get stonehenged and lose themselves and some just wanna float around and do things whilst high.

I just like to smoke and have staring contests with my dogs. I always win in dominating fashion.
