"We want Steve!" "We want Steve!" The chant was in full effect from 9 minutes left in the 4th all the way to 50 seconds in the game. Could you all hear it on TV? There was a point where the much of the south and east sides of the stadium were all yelling in unison. It would have been nice to have at least seen him for a few minutes... oh well... his time will come.

Ohhhh THAT was what it was? I was watching it on sopcast and I could hear 3-syllable chants. Couldn't quite make out what it said but now I know.
yeah it was something special hopefully steve gets the idea that even if he's in the adelman doghouse, the city still loves him.
cool...I heard something but T-Mac had the ball when I heard it so I thought they were chanting M-V-P. I was thinking to myself that it was way too early for that, lol.

"We want Francis ... dun... dun...dundundundun" And when Clutch brought out the two big things he bangs together, instead of clapping, the stadium was yelling, "Steve, Steve, Steve...." fast and faster to the beat. Man it was pretty awesome to see

my voice was still ok until that point... it's now gone. RA could have rewarded us i heard a lady on sr610 post game call in complaining about the chants. stupid woman kept saying she didn't understand why the crowd was chanting for him.
It was fun to chant that. And he should have gotten some minutes- this was the perfect game for him to get some garbage/redeeming time. After about five minutes of chanting, my wife says to me 'Man, he's REALLY deep in the doghouse. Maybe you can give him some tips.'
man it makes me wonder if steve can ever get in. i can guarantee that he can still get the rockets points. he isnt franchise anymore like he was from 2000-03 but he can still be more productive than luther head, even rafer at times.
