i'll repeat again, we would have the #1 seed in the west this season if house had not been sent to tilman's luxury tax gulag for the winter.

Yeah I agree. Gordon is not the answer at the 3 and seems to play better at his natural 2 spot. The more games I watch the more I’m closer to the notion of playing CP3 as the 6th man leading that second squad and getting major minutes. Either way Gordon needs to play the 2 spot not 3. House gives them so many different things at the 3 but most importantly defense and the ability to drive the balk off a pump Fake corner 3 or wing.

Let's say it all, we will win the championship if he won't miss games.

House played well, but to say hes a game changer for us so far is premature. Austin rivers and Faried have fell off since they started, lets give him some time. I think he played great and his offense is needed, gerald has been bad defensively and due to Tucker's inconsistency on offense. So far so good and should be getting minutes from Gerald at the 3 when cp comes back. If he continues can definitely put him in the starting lineup

If they really thought he was so good, they could have offered him more than the league minimum. House and Brothers wanted some level of security and the Rockets played hardball over a 2-3 million dollars and may we’ll lose him at the end of the year for nothing.

FWIW I couldn’t stand him when I met him at 19-20 years old. However he has worked hard and earned what he will get this summer.

It's not going to be easy to keep him at all if he plays like tonight, if we can only match a 6M per year contract, it will only take a full MLE (around 9M) to outbid us. And i think he can also get a poison pill contract this summer. But i guess we can still hope playing at home and the taxation might be a factor.

Danuel House is averaging 15.3 PPG in the last 4 games he has started.

He shot 14-29 from three (48%).

    Let him start.
