I actually agree because against the teams you need to beat to win a chip he can easily play the 5 with Anderson on the court.

No reason he can't play the 5 against GS and the Cavs.

The Blake griffin and harden pick and roll would be lethal and what's even scarier is you could make harden the screen/roller every now and then because griffin is such a good ball handler and passer. Harden could roll or float to the three as could griffin, it would really exploit what we do to even great heights.

There's no realistic way to create the cap space for Blake, without making the team worse. Ariza would need to go and we still haven't developed a replacement for him.

I don't have enough faith in Blake's shot or clutchness. And he will cost a lot!!!

That's a starting line up that can ALL light it up from 3 without sacrificing rim protection and rebounding, nice.

Sure you can. The cap is going up, dump ryno and brewer. Boom max slot available.

It is a nice idea. However there is no reason to believe that his first choice is the Rockets and there is no guarantee that the Rockets would be able to execute the type of moves necessary to clear cap space without a guarantee from Griffin.

There are a number of players that could help the Rockets, besides Griffin. Further I am not sure that his personality or game would meld well with the Rockets. For as athletic as he was (and for the most part still is), he can stop the ball too often.

I think Griffin will be injury ridden the rest of his career. Just didn't know better than to showboat his entire career. The guy literally tried to dunk his own head every time. And now his body is paying for it.

If you can add Blake, you do it.

Its more concern if Blake is entering a "Dwight Howard" part of his career. Where he won't be broken down like Amare, but not that elite-tier athletic performer either. Or maybe its like Barkley on Suns winning MVP with change of scene.

Not concerned with fit, Blake is a star. But there COULD be some other players that have system skills at better contract value. Ryan Anderson shows how shooting alone brings benefits.

Yeah like others said here i think he's a great fit here but...he's going to get a lot of money (obviously) and his body is not looking that good as today...he had a lot of injuries in these last two season...

Ariza, or Batum, would be a better fit at 3 for Rockets. But Hayward is offensive upgrade albeit a pipe dream.

I've always been opposed to acquiring Griffin in the past. The dynamics so far under Harden/D'Antoni make me think he could finally be valuable here, if he accepted the right role.

Getting rid of Brewer and Ryno and signing blake would not make your team worse. If Amare thrived with MDA, so would Blake.

If Ariza would be the player who would have to go for Blake you do it everytime.

I can see him leaving for the Lakers. I know he likes the movie scene over there, but he can still get it as a Laker.
