Never underestimate the heart of the Houston Rocket Fans. Without CP3, our fans at TC and home will lift the Rockets over the Warriors for a Rocket win. We can beat both teams that aren't Rockets. We are going to the Finals. Believe it! Believe and Run as One.
I truly wish I had your optimism, but I know how this story ends unfortunately. The warriors are one of the best teams ever assembled and have the best luck/ good fortune (e.g Kyrie less Cavs and Kawhi-less Spurs and now the CP3 injury ) I don’t know what else to say, we’ve been through a lot as rockets fans the last two decades. I just wish we had all of our guns to beat these guys - I know we had a legit chance. ( this is the same feeling I had when Yao went down vs the Lakers - that was our year too). I have no optimism at this point; losing CP is like losing Your best player, our chances are slim to none - Harden just isn’t The guy to drop 50 when you need it most. Sucks how this sh*t plays out sometimes. Back to life for me. Praying for a miracle but again I know how this story ends.
you really dont know and needlessly torturing yourself if we win in 7 even if we lose its a needless torture to be pessimistic...it just isnt fun whichever way you look at it....
we dont even need cp3 the crowd will carry the role players to victory....game 7 home team always win...refs wont be able to mess up
If we bring that defense we brought in the 1st half of Game 6, and most of Games 2, 4 & 5 then we definitely have a shot. Our role players definitely play better at home offensively so I expect a close game at least. Harden needs to bring that MVP level play though, no excuses. This game will define if he can lead or not. If he puts in all he's got and we lose, fine, but cannot just slowly jog back, throw those silly passes and stay behind on his back and or complaining for a foul. You have to carry on and fight! I feel way more confident going home, even without CP3, but definitely depends on the refs too.
Well we suffered a horrible beating game 3 then won 2 in a row. So not sure what to think. Deck will be stacked that’s for sure. It will be the ultimate pressure cooker for Harden. He has a chance to add on a room to the mansion of his current disappearing in the big ones legacy. Or. In one game he could tear that b**** down to the studs and build a new legacy. I hope it is the latter.
