Man, this SAS offense is so overrated. There is not all this bunch of ball movement and glorious execution like ppl think still exists.
Your description has made it even worse. Now I have to watch the Space City Seniors highlights to feel better about life. They rock. Maybe they don't rock underboob, but no one complains when they don't.
I swear, Popovich's offense is closer to McHale's in 2015 than it is to his own offense that ppl think they are playing. Kawaii is playing Harden's 2015 offense, but likes to shoot the floaters and pull-ups more than drive all the way like Harden did. Only difference is Pops has one of the best scoring 6-11 PFs in the game, with the best turnaround J for a big man....who he can run simple plays too ... and he's got a cold-blooded shooter/creater in Mills...off the bench....like Jason Terry 10 yrs ago, vs the version we had.
Lol the ref was going to call a defensive foul on the Spurs but he waited and when the shot by Carter went in he went for the charge
If EG, Lou play like the huge dicks that they have and Ariza and Anderson aren't dead bodies we would beat the Spurs every time in a 7 game series.
Kawhi and Aldridge ran a few PNR sets, but to no effect. Aldridge will roll free but I don't think kawhi is that good a passer to get the ball to him. So it just resets, with some more time off the clock.
You mean if Tony Allen wasn't injured. Then you don't have a 40 year old Vince chasing Kawhi around screens.
Shaq being cringe-worthy again with the French. Then will get ultra sensitive when he gets made fun of.
In the 1st half, Grizzlies were 8/15 from long range and Spurs were only 3/7. Grizzlies also have more than double the assists (11 to 5) and Spurs assists/TOs is 5/8. Are we in the Twilight Zone?
