    LeBron actually plays Defense

maybe Royce can be a poor mans Barkley, but reastically you are looking at Anthony Mason or Boris Diaw( Pheonix Suns days)

his bust ceiling is probably James Johnson

I'll agree w/ the posters who mentioned Artest as his upside. Cooler heads should prevail though. He is a unique talent though & we should just appreciate it as it develops

For all the NBA noobs who've started following THE LEAGUE only over the past 5 years, I think the best comparison I've seen so far is Anthony Mason. Though, Mase did develop a jump shot that was terribly ugly, but effective. Royce White is currently Mase w/out any outside game.

Hate to burst your bubble young man. I am not aware of anyone on our roster who even compares to Lebron in the slightest.

royce white can't even make a 10 foot jumper. he was scared to take a shot outside the paint in summer league against scrubs. and he also had trouble finishing in the paint against those scrubs. he does have amazing handles and court vision for a player his size, but without a J, i don't see how he gets on the court. rodrick rhodes, randy livingston, and t-will were all rockets with passing ability off the charts but no shot as well..

Royce's full-court underhand pass in SL was better than that one.

    He's the left-handed Anthony Mason.

What the hell does it matter? Lebron did it against a crappy French team. Whoopiie do! White has massive hands and can do passes most can't. The underhand pass is one of them.

White can make great passes for a big guy, but that's about it. To put him and Lebron in the same sentence is asinine. He could end up more like Mason or Diaw as others suggested.

I have no idea how he ends up. I'm DREAMING about how good he could become. He could become better than Mason, who was better than Diaw. The video just put up shows me that he is way more creative and deceptive with his passing than Lebron is. Now, he may be miles behind Lebron in all other aspects of the game. But I've never seen Lebron use the sleight of hand that Royce demonstrated in the first two weeks of his pro career.

Royce pass wasn't full court. The pass I showed was just today I can pull 9 years of dimes that bron has made.
