That was my thought as well. People don't really were basketball jerseys in a non-game environment. Having jerseys that can be worn anywhere will probably boost sales quite a bit.
I don't get the point. Wouldn't that feel more restricting on the shoulders and upper arms when you're going up to shoot? If you wanted to go with a sleeved jersey, wouldn't you want it to be looser?
It's not one of those very tight compression shirts, it's snug, but not restricting. Personally, i think they look fine, but it just looks very unusual for a uniform. They will play in these against us on ESPN That is going to look terrible, can you imagine soccer players playing in basketball jerseys?
