Could be a replacement for Klay.

Warriors didn't have any cap space before the Livingston signing. They have a 9million trade exception and veterans exceptions etc left, but that is about it in terms of taking in contracts for nothing.

Good signing for them. Give Curry more time playing off the ball.

Their small ball line up of Livingston, Curry, Klay, Iggy and Bogut could be pretty lethal offensively.

Could be, but he has no 3 pt game, which is a big part of how they play with Klay.

Nice to see Livingston's career back on the rise. He will always hold a special place in my heart after being on my very first NBA 2k team

If Livingston is to be Curry's replacement, then cross off another possible Lin destination.

Idk Steve Kerrs coaching style, but you'd have to thing this is a GREAT fit with the current personnel they have in place.

As a Rockets can I am fine with this. I knew they would use their MLE and he doesn't move the needle much for the Warriors.

Good signing for the warriors. Not only can livingston run the second unit but it allows them to take curry off the ball and have him and curry set up off curls & screens while Livingston penetrates/playmake.

Why are they so desperate to keep Thompson? I understand the whole "splash bros" thing, but they'd be stupid to not jump on acquiring Love. I think like the great JVG. If you get the best player in the trade, you win the trade. I just hope Love falls into our lap with an offer of Parsons, Jones, Capela, NOP pick, our first rounder.

Curry playing off the ball makes too much sense. He's too poor of a defender to go up against PGs, and he's too high of an injury risk to be cutting into lanes too often. Let him sit on the outside more and have someone else like Livingston run the offense.

Smart move and probably points more to Klay being gone.
