In that particular business...it's all about the he/said...she/said bull-****! Somebody post that famous quote from the Godfather... about pulling him back in, because that feels like me every time is see this damn thread.
El Hitman, strip clubs in Houston were essentially brothels because of the SOB laws that forced girls to wear pasties and full shorts. Has that changed now that those laws have recently relaxed (at least for a handful of clubs)? The theory was that because the girls were covered up, they had to do more to earn money and sell stints in the Champaign room. This forced out all the hot dancer-only girls who may have danced part-time as they couldn't make easy money anymore, I believe that Treasures was the greatest example of this. What's the scoop these days?
El Hitman is a good manager. Hopefully that place will trust him enough over time to let him have a lot of impact on the business. My friends and I had a great time except for one major hiccup that Hitman helped resolve. It was a big problem though, and something that would not have happened if Hitman was running things instead of being the new guy. So I'm not going to get into details bc we all have different perspectives and these strippers are all independent contractors, so they all get around and so does the info. Vivid has a lot of pluses going for it: decent to hot girls, diverse music, and a good 2am buffet. It has problems too, but not because of Hitman. If anyone is in the area, I'd recommend going there and giving him a visit. He's a cool dude. As for strip clubs and the w**** house relationship, it's always fluid imo. I'll say this, most clubs that are paying the $2M city program to go full bare tops and g-strings are playing by the rules. Does that mean stuff never happens in those places? Of course not. Strippers come in a huge variety and come and go from club to club. What it does mean though is that those clubs are probably not going to actively turn away from rule-breaking. The clubs that don't participate are less strict on average, but are also under more police scrutiny on average.
So one of your friends got their phone stolen by a stripper and El Hitman saved the day. Nice, good job Hitman!
Where's El Hitman? Jada Stevens is going to be at Vivid Live this weekend. Can we still mention clutchfans to get in free?:grin::grin::grin:
