Got me seats to the Texans V Titans game hung out with the family before and after the game [it was my 1st game at reliant] All this goodness happened because of a Titans but I still could not Cheer for them Rocket River OILER FAN FOR LIFE!!! Vince is demonstrating why some people thought he was a good pick in the draft. He has leadership and something special to go along with his ability. Yes he has defencies in his form, and some adjusting to do, but the guy has shown that he is a winner, and a leader prior to going to the pros. I think that is why he was worth taking the chance on. Other players may have better form, fit into the formulas of what makes a pro successful, but that leadership and inner drive to be a winner isn't accounted for in those formulas. Will Vince do this every game? No way. Will he do it again? Certainly. He can give your team some victories they would not get otherwise. He's a rookie, and still has to develop more, but the intangibles are definitely there. Good for Vince. I hate the Titans though, but good for Vince.
Thank you DD. This is the biggest mistake in Houston sports history, it will never go away, until the Texans go to the playoffs or SuperBowl. It will never end, and it will only get worse as Vince continues to excel, and the Texans continue to fail. Bob McNair and the Texans organization will never live this down, they have spurned their fans, and there will probably be a near riot in 2 weeks when Vince returns to Reliant to screw the Texans some more.
