    True :)

"That Artest, always finding new ways to give his team an advantage! I love his 'never say quit' attitude!" "Oh that's just Ron being Ron. He's crazy like that"

I'll say this though, I don't miss him one bit. Ariza/Artest pseudo-trade has definitely worked in our favor.

I thought that whole sequence was hilarious. Artest is a funny dude. Trevor's response was awesome.

Yep he's a douche but he was our douche! Same with the Yankees fans and A-rod, Barry Bonds and SF Giants, Ochocinco and the Bengals, etc.

Artest is a bully. If anyone else did it to Ariza, he would of probably stood up to them but I doubt many players in the NBA would want to step up to Mr. Steroids.

I'm sorry, but it was pretty funny.

I love the Rockets and what Arizas is doing so far but when I saw the replay when it happened - I gave out a belly laugh. :D

Yeah it works both ways. If Ron is on our team and does it, we love it. If he's the opponent, its not cool. I can only imagine what Ron would do if Ariza threw his shoe just as he was about to pick it up. He just might go after him. If Ron was on our team and he took Kobe's shoe and tossed, Laker fans might find it funny but they'd probably be in the same boat as some Rockets fans are right now - they'd say it was "classless" or "uncalled" for.

Uncalled for imo but hey so what. We won the game.

Lol, smart move by Ron. Anything to give his team an advantage. And the people asking for a suspension in this thread is almost as funny.

I understand if ron did this as a rocket then all of us(rockets fans) would be thinking this guy is cool but thats not the case here because the ron artest i grew be fond of was not the ron artest that ran to LA after we lost to them and started advertising himself to the lakers management. Anyhow, the lakers lost and it just shows that ariza got the last laugh and wow, ariza made kobe like a scrub maybe artest can learn a thing or two from ariza. Tip one, move your feet on defense.

Don't get to upset on Ron. Ariza won a ring. Ron hates the system. So he threw it on the ground. LOL!

Doesn't Ron remind you of Wesley Snipes in "White Men Can't Jump"? He would whether look good losing (the strong man pose) than look bad winning.

Probably more about keeping someone from tripping or twisting an ankle, good sirs.

But it was funny and jerky at the same time. :D

    /Swoly-D impression.
