I know I already posted this video in the game thread, but I also know that some folks dont like to visit that thread....so here it is Highlights of the Rockets v Lakers game 02/06/05 torrent for the Rockets v Lakers game 02/06/05 xvid is the codec..you will need it to view the video files jeff, if you see this...would you go back to the game thread and check for my response to your post? I'd like to get your input on it. thanks.
A suggestion. Darn win mediaplayer crashes so often and microsoft won't even let you to really uninstall it. Maybe realmedia or some other format is better. Many thanks tho.
um no, Real Player blows, you can play the video in Real Player though if you wish to. It can play pretty much any vid file including xvid video files.
no real media would not be better.... the problem you are having has nothing to do with the format of the video.... try using a better video player VLC Player BS Player Winamp RealMedia is not a good format.....check the professional video community...they HATE it....and have benchmarks and tests to back it up. xvid scores very highly in their tests...
R2K, actually rmvb format have an amazing compression ratio, with the same quality, it can compress a whole game into a 300mb file (700-800mb for Divx).
Ive seen that amazing quality....xvid looks better, and size isnt a concern....the games are encoded to be archived to CD...which is why they are the size they are....and you dont have to use that ungodly invention RealPlayer to watch them. once again...no thanks...
I think you deserve your own Sticky at the top of the page with all of your highlights. Can't express enough how much us out of towners appreciate it.
Thanks R2k! I have downloaded the highlights file but I can't seem to get the game file. did they close the game link already? anywayzzzzzz............ur the Man!
R2k, do you have a website where you have all of your highlights? When did you start the highlights? I was looking for some highlights from earlier in the season but got tired of browsing the forum. Thanks!
