[Video] Kevin Garnett loses his cool, headbutts Dwight Howard, gets ejected

I think that was sarcasm lol.

 

Great first post - I didn't recognize him but I do remember his name. I had to search the story about the punch by Hakeem. Apparently, there was no suspension or retaliation. According to Paultz, he thought he deserved it because he kept annoying the hell out of Hakeem to take him out of his game and it worked.

KG wanted to have a day off, I believe.

He's a fake tough guy. Still remember his altercation with Chuck Hayes and how he (KG) backed down after Hayes shouted something like "Not in my house!"? LOL

He wants to bully guys but doesn't want the retaliation.

 

KG is a boss. This rockets team has abundant physical toughness but lack it mentally and this is a shining example.

Seriously though...props to Trevor for holding the light to protect the big man. That's a real teammate right there.

 

James is pretty adverse to physical violence, Trevor on the other hand....he's got a real nasty streak.

 

I am surprised they did not kick out Howard too, for that slap/punch....seems that was common place, but glad they didn't.

I was at the game. Gotta say man, Howard really played soft. Really can see why he has a reputation as a joke.

No one respects him. Howard really needs to be a man now.

 

Howard would demolish KG in a fight. That is not the point. KG wanted Howard to get tossed.

I never really get the concept of gotta be "tough" in the NBA. I mean you obviously aren't allowed to even come close to be in a fight because you will get suspended for multiple games and fined couple of hundred thousand, so what's the point

this isn't hockey, just play basketball and stop with the fake tough guy bullshet

 

After Garnett turned loose from Ariza, he started mumbling a bunch of stuff as he was movin' around the court....like...."Man, I sure miss my glory days in Minnesota and Boston. I'm too old for this. We're losin' like crazy and I'm not used to it. Let's see if I can get into WWE while I'm still young"...etc., etc

 

I'm so sorry Dwight Coward isn't my hero.

 

Not surprised with KG, his team sucks, he sucks and we all know this... He doesn't really want to be there... Just playing it out tell its time to retire.

 

Although it would have been worth the suspensions to see Dwight "one shot" his ass. He needs the rest anyways.

 

Just out of curiosity... what is the reputation of Sefko and Blinebury by Clutchfans?

I remember them when they were in the Houston Chronicle but I was rather young when they were around.
