I will date myself with this comparison, but I think that Jimmer can be a Mark Price type player. Mark Price was a very good sweet shooting quick release gym rat PG with tons of court smarts. Price was likely a little bit better athlete for his era, but IMO they are pretty cpmparable.
I think he handles the ball much better and like mentioned before, can create his shot more off the dribble than reddick can/could
18 ppg and 6 assists is my prediction for the year. Will contend for rookie of the year. He looked good though.

The kid has only played in 3 professional games so far, all against good defensive teams, and he has the added chore of trying not to ruffle the feathers of the chuckers on his team by taking too many shots. That said, he's still averaging about 10 shots per game which is a decent amount for 24 minutes. I'm not saying he hasn't passed up on some shots - I've seen it myself - but I think it's way too early to start labeling him.
I was pretty skeptical, but this guy has a really unreal ability to make off-balanced, moving jump shots from deep. Once he gets comfortable in the league and with his team, he will be a scoring machine. Dare I say like Reggie Miller.
