I think in hindsight, OKC would have traded Westbrook. Harden now + Durant is more deadly.

Lebron is still miles ahead of Harden. There were nights when Harden went 5 for 23 and made us lose. He also averages a very high TO. Lebron is faster, stronger. If you consider the fact that Harden is allowed to play the point way more than Lin, his assists aren't that impressive because he's literally playing as a scoring PG. Lebron, on the other hand, his assists are very impressive and is a much better rebounder.

And I don't even think we need compare defense....

lets hope that this continues for all our guards the rest of the season.

Some teams like OKC and SAS may shut us down anyway..But I see what your saying and I agree.

I want Lin taking the ball up court at times but not like harden. I don't want Lin left out on an Island without an up-court or outlet pass.. It's been said that Harden runs down hill on the fast break, and that seems to be true, but players always seem to give him passing lanes (Out let passing lanes ) were they run off and leave Lin in a trap at times.

We can't run off and leave the point guard to be trapped just before or just over the half court line.

That's how these teams are winning games and shutting us out

^^^^^ THIS.... Harden is not left on an Island before the half court line (He is running down hill) ... he has outlet passes or people come back to the ball so he does not get trapped the way Lin has been trapped and turned the ball over.

But at the same time once over that line he gets trapped just inside the 3 point line with 2 to 3 defenders because it late in the clock and people run away from him with no pass to be made.

First, James Harden is not LeBron James... No one is, he is by far the best player in the NBA and will go down as one of the top 5-10 players of all time.

However, you cannot have it both ways. If you want to use Harden's usage rate to discredit his passing ability, then the same logic makes Harden's turnovers less substantial.

Harden is not LeBron, but he is legitimate superstar and probably the most efficient player in the league.

This is one of the best all round games I've ever seen by a Rocket with what seems so effortless. Thanks!

I think I was misunderstood when I said he was like lebron. Noone is lebron but harden provides the same type of do it all game at a very efficient rate just like the king. Plus both our extreamly big and strong for their position with elite athleticism. The sky's the limit for harden he truly is a special player and were very lucky to have him at the young age of 23. He's only going to get better and his potential is games like this one.

No doubt. And they could have probably got more for Westbrook than what they got for Harden. They're probably kicking themselves behind closed doors.

Really I think if they knew he was gonna go off like this, they just would`ve kept all 3 and amnestied Perkins. Those 3 plus Ibaka and scrubs playing together for the next 10 years - that could mean multiple championships. Or they could`ve traded one of them for Howard. OKC would`ve been really scary.

I don`t know if Harden can be better than Durant - but I think he is argueably already better than Westbrook and he is still improving and much more willing passer...
