My goodness... We waste so much energy debating about whether X borderline young talent could blossom into a franchise player, if he only worked on the Y deficiencies of his game... and then you see something like this So damn refreshing
Not gonna lie, I was pretty big on the Wiggins train and thought Parker was trash. After watching this video though, MY GOD.
so you're saying no aye haha. he does have that similar body type doe. Big, agile, yet still looks oddly pudgy
That would be great if he was a clone of melo skill wise. Because god knows this kid has more character and brains than melo
Most exciting NCAA season in I can't remember how long. You're gonna have powerhouse going up against powerhouse. Maybe the season where Oden and Conley had OSU going up against those Kansas and UNC teams who would later win championships. Florida won it all that year with the second season of Noah, Horford, Green, and Brewer. Man there were some heavyweights that year. This year it will be Duke, Kansas, Kentucky obviously...UNC and Arizona have the talent to make serious noise, and MSU will be as veteran-laden as they've been in some time. It's gonna be exciting.
My daughter was there for that scrimmage and she said the place was buzzing for minutes after that dunk.
No Wiggins and Parker = Wiggins and Parker Why do we have to compare just be grateful we have many talented players in our generation.
There won't be another Lebron for 10-20 years. He's that special. He was successfully playing pickup games with NBA players when he was a sophomore in high school. The next Lebron isn't on the radar yet because no NBA players are buzzing about a 15-16 year kid lighting them up in pick up games.
Not really impressed with this move, but it was a good effort. - Defender left Parker so the big guy can pick him up - Spin move was more of good instincts and poor defending - Dunk wasn't that great, almost got hung. Good effort though.
http://espn.go.com/magazine/vol5no26next.html Here is one that I found. There was another quote from an NBA player about Lebron possibly being a bust, and the player said something the fact that Lebron was keeping up with NBA players since 10th grade, so there was no way for him to be a bust.
