This is a huge deal and might break up the entire team I think. That or maybe its just a standard disagreement in a basketball play. Literally nothing.
Harden probably saw the fact that the entire side of the rim he was on was wide open. If Harden drove to it without the ball Cp3 probably would have assisted it.

This wasn't out of anger, this was out of excitement. Not everything is bad.

Harden is definitely out of line here. You don't jump up an down like that with 18,000 people watching and another 10 million on TV. You talk about it in private after the game.

And whatever you do, you certainly don't belittle your teammate in public.

I seem to get a lot of replies with this attempted wit. I don't find it funny. What I said was true, whether you have the ability to comprehend it or not.

    My take:

This is crispy doing crispy things.

At that point the Lakers had went on a little mini-run. Capela had threw it away and missed a dunk, and Harden had went into about the third or fourth row of the fans diving out to contest the Laker 3-ball. Capela took the ball out and Harden appeared to be pointing to Paul for CC to get it to Paul. Either that or Harden was upset about something that took place with the defense or possibly a fan interfering with him?? (I think he was telling CC to get the ball to crispy.)

In any case, CC thows it in to Paul, runs up court, and Paul is waving the strong side to his left. Harden comes out of the fans at some point and trots up the court on the outside shoulder of the ref.

Paul had already called the play and moved the strong side to his left. Everybody should understand this about Crispy. If we get several dry possessions and the opponent sticks it in the hole, you can bet crispy wants the ball, and he wants to walk up into his set. That's crispy. And he's proven over and over why he should do that. That will always be crispy.

He wanted CC to set that pick quickly and go. (It would have been the better to get into that play action before Harden snuck into the set.) If that had happened, Crispy would have had a wide open Harden trailing the action to pitch to for the wide open 3. But CC wasn't quick enough to pick that up. Old habits die hard. CC was simply playing the old game, set everything up for Harden. He knew Harden was on the right trailing, and he went over and set the screen.

Yes, Paul could have picked that up and thrown it to Harden for the three. But....that's crispy. He's gonna teach. In this case, he was teaching Capela to look for the ball handler, instead of simply zero in on Harden. Because in this case, we now have two playmakers that are going to share the ball.

In my opinion, Capela should have been looking to set up Paul all the way on that play.

Dude, cmon. Harden has always had these random bursts of emotion. Even after good plays. "Mom made pizza rolls" ring a bell? Dude is just different.

This is a stupid non issue.

@heypartner is this an attempt at trolling?? Seriously, why start this thread unless you're trying to rile people up for no reason?
