Not lately...i dont see the same competitiveness as in the past. He's been focusing too much on the refs.
That's why I wouldn't argue him having the biggest heart, flopping in crunch time is a bad habit he might have picked up from K-mart (funny that it has worked for the latter this year, last year it did not) I just hope he realizes it is not working and goes out there to just play. Aside from that, the guy is as tough a competitor as anybody on this team.
Never get tired of watching that. Any chance there's a highlight clip like this one for the Lakers game? I missed it.
one thing that annoys me about lowry is when he's on a fast break for a sure layup and someone on the opposing team is trailing him he always looks to draw the foul. just go for the easy 2 and if you get fouled then you get fouled!!! he risks missing it for the call...does anyone else notice that?

Eh......this is just clutch fans. Brooks was the hot new thing once, then Lowry played well and pretty soon people were calling for Brooks to be traded. Now the same is happening to Lowry. Assuming Goran/Lee resign here....its only a matter of time until the same happens to them. Thats just how we get down on these boards.
To be fair, Goran realistically signs here is if we trade Lowry. He is an unrestricted free agent and given his age, the best move for his career would be to go somewhere he will start. Somebody could very easily (and probably will) give him a starting job with money similar to what Lowry got from Cleveland (possibly even more). Rockets management has a serious decision to make. They are probably going to have to choose one or the other (with Lowry being the safer choice as he is already under contract).
It's not just how clutchfans is, at least not with me....i keep hearing and reading about how everyone is tired of being mediocre....everyone is tired of Morey's "assets" not being cashed in or developed into something more....Everyone complains about it. We want another ring, we want a star, we want this and that, blah, blah, blah...Well, here's the opportunity to cash in on one developed asset, to make the team better, while not losing much, if anything, at his spot, and people are saying we shouldn't go for it? Now that is how clutchfans gets down. The grass is always greener, until the other side is actually a real possibility, and then they just want to wait or keep the status quo.
