^That might be Melo. He makes it look easy.

It has been a great day.

    Battier wins ;)

    Mavs lose

    Lakers lose

So I am looking at the three refs who missed blatant Deng travel to see if they were looking at something else...

Nope. All three had their eyes on Deng and they still missed the obvious call.

I am a fan of neither team and as a neutral viewer that was really embarrassing.

Yeah I was completely WTFing. Is there a reason that the non-call can't be challenged? I hate the Lakers as much as the next guy but that was just not right.

Blatant travel is not blatant in the nba.

Kobe and seemed like about 3 guys blocked it. Had no chance of going in.

Its really interesting that Kobe took it in, he normally or hasn't done that in years. He iddn't trust his knees or body to take the contact, so that might be worth something. But normally he pulls at his sweet spot at the corner free throw, but the bulls are too smart in their game plan, had 3 guys on him at the layup and the turnover below they trapped and spaced things perfectly. Thibs is a genius. Rose is offensively a genius, could be a championship combination only if Rip and Boozer do their roles right late.

No he's not. But he's one of the top scorers in the league.

I understand people being mad about the Deng call, because it could have been traveling. But the Lakers still got a chance. They forced him to go into 3 defenders and made him shoot over long arms of Gasol. That shot was pretty incredible, pure talent.
