In Jordans defense, he did just lose a family member and he is just getting over a cold.

As DD said, throw Jordan Hill's performance away; he's dealing with a death in the family, and we've seen him shown a good baby hook already in games.

    Thabeet...

    ...

    ...

Man, that's up there with Joey Dorsey for some of the worst fundamentals I've ever seen. One thing that's really disturbing is that it seems like he has real trouble holding on to the ball with one hand. Notice that every time he has to almost cup the ball with two hands near his shoulder as he makes the turn; this is incredibly bad, as it negates all of his length and size, and shows the ball to the defender so he's going to get stripped every single time. On the release, he doesn't extend his shooting arm fully, so the shot is still guardable, and he doesn't let go of the ball early enough so he can use his off-arm to preserve space between him and his defender. It's incomprehensible as to how he can both not shoot with his fingertips and still not hold the ball with one hand; if he's palming the ball, he should be shooting ugly Kendrick Perkins hooks at the very least.

    To sum it up...

    This video is depressing.

Our big men are being trained to crawl.

Come on guys, Thabeet is 7'3", and he looked great on those left handed jump hooks.....not many people will be able to stop it once he gets it.

I can't believe the animosity for our probable starting center.

watching those drills tells you that Thabeet is very raw, which is what everyone should expect. He didn't do much in college besides rebound, block shots, and the occasional dunk. His offense has a long ways to go. I would be ok with it if he could get his defensive fundamentals down.

What's shocking is that he's appeared to regress since his time at UConn (what's even more shocking is that he seriously considered declaring for the draft after his sophomore year)

Nope just wet jumpers and high pct free throws and three pointers and jogging.

They need to get more physical with the post moves, just like in a real game. Dunk that **** thabeet, your 7' 9with that wingspan.

Some of you guys did not see the thread about Hill's cousin death?

I guess 'cause of all these crazy FA buzz, no care about their own team or players anymore.
