I really hope he makes his mark here. If Shved and Brewer work out, we are set for a title run.

It's neat to see how thrilled he is to be here. I'm looking forward to seeing what he brings. Brewer and Shved ought to really help address some of our bigger issues right now. Welcome to Houston, Corey! Go Rockets!

The entire "Corey Brew Interview Comes to Houston" interview looked like a 2:20 minute long teeth whitener commercial. He couldn't stop smiling.

He chuckled when asked about playing in the arena here and said he liked it. Was that in reference to his 51 points (did that occur in Houston)?

Terry sports a headband. I know for a fact that a substantial amount of people would be in pain from their perspiration getting into their eyes without a headband.

FYI Corey has a pet goat that could packaged in a deal for another player to be named later. Assuming he is willing to part with the beast.

Didn't Robert Reid wear 33 too?

He seems like the kind of guy who will bring a lot of joy to the locker room. I'm sure his teammates will like him a lot!

Glad Corey is finally a Rocket. When he played for the Nugs, he & his wife/gf used to come into the bar I managed on a pretty frequent basis...they lived in the neighborhood. Always real cool with people approaching him, never gave off that arrogant athlete vibe (like Melo did). He always tipped really well & treated the staff with a lot of respect. Genuinely nice, down to earth dude & easy to root for.

If he tipped well then that's a good sign. I own a limousine business in the Woodlands area and most athletes that have used our services never tip at all.

Yeah, there were a few other Nugs players that I got to meet who were the exact opposite: very demanding, snobby, boarderline disrespectful, poor tippers, etc. Melo sent a round of shots of Jager back one time because "they didn't smell right"...that stuff never smells right. Him & Al Harrington always seemed like they were just good people who didn't let the money/celebrity change them...gotta respect that.
