I've liked this kid since day one, but he's actually looking better than i even imagined. He's got more speed than i realized. Can't think of any player to compare him to.....I guess he's a mix between Nachbar and Battier. He's got Boki's physical abilities/dimensions, but with Battier's concentration. He's always thinking out there, every play.

If can keep his defense at an above average level, this team will continue to need him. Early on his shot was not falling, and today when it has been everyone has now been quick to ride his jock. The one constant is defense though. Keep it up and we'll see.

 

Exactly and that's what i like about McHale that he will switch things up unlike Adelman. I loved Rick and def miss him however he just isn't a big fan of rookies and we saw that.
(Remember Drazen?) He always respects the proven players/vets. Very glad he went with the guy who's got it rolling, kids getting a shot!

That said, I think Parsons is a better athlete.

 

Take a minute to give BMullens credit..... he got 15 and 10 and was their best scorer

I sure hope we got lucky. This is the only way we will break out of the middle of the pack unless we tank and even then it takes luck or you end up tanking for 5 years till you get superstar. Let's hope for luck. Chandler is looking unbelievable, but I hope it is believable. Who the hell knows?

DM and his team have accumulated stats on CP25 already? Bullard talked about his defensive breakdowns at 9% while Shane Battier was at 8%. Of course, CP has only a few games under his belt. But hopefully he turns out to be a solid two-way player.
