    Ryan Bowen with a jumper.

Kirilenko with less athleticism, more grit, and a much better jumper.

A Florida Gator on the Rockets and he's playing well. I couldn't ask for more.

Good to hear your take. He caught my eye in the Clippers game when he took that rebound away from Griffin and gave him the "look." I noticed his "court presence" earlier, but since the incident I described, I have really zeroed in on him. He is tall, isn't he around 6'10"? He is mobile, seems to have good hops, pretty shooting motion, DEFENDS aggressively. Obviously he has impressed McHale. I like his "attitude." Appears to have a high basketball I.Q. Hard not to get excited, because he could be the diamond in the rough that his team needs, a lucky pick. Really early to get too excited, but I am encouraged. Wouldn't it be something if a relatively meaningless pick turned out to be special?

It doesn't seem like Parsons has solid ball handling ability, but the rest of his game is good.

Parsons is a defensive GOAT? lol

He has shown more passing, handling and driving than Budinger has shown in 2 years.

Neither does Durant, I kid but let's add him to the comparisons. :p

I'd say the jumper is still a work in progress but at this stage I can remain confident he will continue to make progress, it doesn't matter if we're talking about years as it's usually the case.

When Deckard mentioned Parsons, Budinger and Morris in the same sentence, it became pretty clear who the odd man out is, Chase won't be here by the start of next season unless something radical happens.

Final note, because he is not a scorer, Parsons will be just a great glue-guy, which is something we were lacking after Battier was traded.

Our front office showing where it is best at, again.

That play where Parsons backs his defender and makes him fall to the ground and takes it to the hoop for a layup....beauty.

That play at 1:50 was . That was superstar stuff (no, I'm not calling him a superstar).

Second round is officially renamed "Morey time".
