My favorite part was Scola's hair in the background. Looks like he's growing it out even longer.

Falzone is in the white tee shirt.

Macha is the rounder guy in the red shirt.

Yao had to do rows on the cable machine, with the cushioned seat by his knees? Is that just a support or is the equipment not customized for 7ft+ players?

U2, Audio Slave, Van Halen, Led Zep, Yao's been rocking and rolling. Man he looks good and I take back my comment on the past thread of why is doing free standing squats. I did not know how much Yao has been working out, this guy is awesome. I can't wait to see him down here in the RGV.

Eddy Curry's looking kind of light-skinned in the video.

the shoes were never the problem...it was his foot aligment.

i think his bone is fine by now, the issue is just getting his strength back and mobility in that foot, so the impact shouldnt hurt him.

I doubt they'd customize it for one player, then the rest would need to adjust, but i think they did make a small adjustment for yao and added the padding where he's resting his feet. He's also probably anchoring himself down by squeezing the seat with his knees.

i like how scola did the double take when yao was doing the ball twist...i think it shows how they're implementing new stuff that they're not used to....but i dont know about Scola throwing up the dumbells like that in the background..

i have a similar impression when i first saw the vid. i can't imagine you can do these exercises if your bone is not healed.

I especially like the fact that he is doing some core training.

better core means better alignment and more overall body strength. All this will help him be a stronger player in the future. Looks like hes progressing well.

Hoping for a complete and speedy recovery! GO YAO!
