Major's trajectory was really pointing in the right direction going from Syracuse to Rice, and then to Bama and UT under Saban and Mack. He was also Texas' best recruiters the few years he was here. But it all seemed to tail off pretty quickly. Not sure if it was the players but his brief stint as OC was pretty underwhelming. Obviously having really good success under Herman but doesn't get mentioned nearly as much as their DC at the moment. In all, I don't see Major coming back unless he was part of a new staff (i.e. Herman). But even then, I'd wonder how much of his incident at Texas hurt him here.
swoopes is damn near unstoppable in the 18-wheeler and goal-line situations. how do we keep getting extra points blocked??? D/ST sucks. offense is great. we've gifted them 4 points already. should be 21-14 instead of 19-16
