This just reminds me of a book that my best friend recced me. (Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen) It kind of makes the point that human beings were basically designed to run; that the conditioning required to run, and run hard, actually increases with age instead of decreasing. It reminds me of that study torocan posted where it shows how the youngest players are actually the worst off during b2b's. I don't know, this whole thing just makes me have hope that this running game is sustainable and would make this team even better as they age, rather than it tapping out after they've peaked. (can you say dynasty?)
McHale is probably like "98.72? Pfftt... back in my day that wouldn't get you in the top half of teams"
