It would also increase traffic to the site - I thought google didn't index insecure sites anymore.

This is a concern for me as well and a pretty basic security measure for a site. I literally came to feedback to post about this specifically.

Do we need to do anything -- log out and back in or are we good?

I got kicked off earlier today and couldn't log in. I had to reset my password and log back on that way.

Wasn't sure my issue was a result of the upgrade @Clutch

I’ve been having issues with my “new posts” bookmark. I’ve had to log back in a few times and other times I can just click the banner and it will have me logged in on the main forum page.

I have to login every time I come to site. But the only way I can is to go to a forum and then it allows me to

Yeah, I’m constantly on and off of site. Makes it a little inconvenient, I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon.....hopefully

every few times i visit the board, the convo bubbles to indicate a new post don't load properly. but usually if i refresh or exit out and try again they load. just something i've noticed over the past few days. may be on my end idk

edit: even the message icon and flag icon next to my username in the top right didnt load. but once i clicked into a sub everything reappeared *shrug*

This is what was happening to me in addition to getting signed out. I ended up changing my bookmark to https and it fixed it.

Looks like you're using Firefox? Just out curiosity does it do the same if you try IE or Chrome? Noticed the certificate error next to the URL in your screenshot.

    Should be https://bbs.clutchfans.net

i haven't tried another browser. will try report back.

and yes i typed that entire URL in and when i hit enter to go...it disappears and just reads as it is in screen shot

edit: chrome it worked fine...chrome which i hadn't opened in forever said my pass had been exposed in a breach from another site? lol no idea where/when...so updated that. then logged back into clutchfans on firefox and stuff loaded properly.

maybe the log out helped refresh/update something too?

if it acts up again i'll post again

EDIT 2: ok...now when i exit firefox...open it up and come back to the bbs i'm logged out. the login in button and sign up button appear, but the new posts icons don't load just like in the screen i posted. i also can't click the login button, it doesn't take me to login. the sign up button does though. so i click that, it asks for info then on that page i can click the login button and that works. weird

Hopefully the redirect is now fixed on all browsers.

HTTP should auto redirect to HTTPS.

If you're having any issues, please let me know. Thanks!
