When did the Texans become a senior living facility? Pass on all those guys (except maybe Luke, who is younger than the rest).
Get youth in the draft and let them learn from the "seniors". They will be ready by the time the vets' bodies wear down. Plus all the young impact players have been picked up. Oh yeah add Dontrell Inman to push the receivers and get depth in case of injury.
Since they have made their "splash" move by getting Mathieu, I would not be opposed to them going for Suh. Why not?
It also appears that our division rivals the Titans are zeroing in on him. They just released another DL (Sylvester Williams), which could be setting them up to sign Suh. I'm not a big Suh fan by any stretch, but I really would hate to see if go to Tennessee. Something to think about. Suh ranked #36 overall in best players of 2017 by PFF. Best FA left based on their ratings. 36. NDAMUKONG SUH, DI, MIAMI DOLPHINS Top 101 appearances: 7 There are few defensive linemen more disruptive than Ndamukong Suh in Miami. He will forever be tied to the monster contract he signed, but he’s come as close to living up to it as could have been expected. Suh earned an overall PFF grade of 91.0, his second grade above 90.0 in three seasons. Suh was a monster rushing the passer and in the run game, but once again his biggest negative was discipline, as he led all interior defenders with 13 penalties. PFF Elite Stat: Suh ranked 13th among interior defenders with 43 total pressures.
suh is like a cp3. Everyone including rockets fans hated him when he was with the clippers, I know I did. Suh's douchiness is always in the field, an extra elbow to TB12 and accidental kick here and there. I like our young DTs, a lot of potential before they too got hurt. Adding Suh would be ruthless for opposing qbs. Patriots and Seahawks games people forget they forced crucial turnovers on uggs and wilson. Houston also has a nice drag racing scene.
Well looks like we’ll still likely have the gigantic hole at LT going into the draft. If so, I’m all up for moving up as I don’t think we can’t wait until the 3rd for one. Orlando Brown falling is the best case scenario if we stay put. Otherwise think we’re looking at a Desmond Harrison or the kid out of Western Michigan, big potential guys but not sure I want protecting Watson’s blindside just yet. If Williams or one of the top guys were to somehow drop into the 2nd (which some mocks have), I’d be up for moving up.
I'd rather we go after this Jets QB... http://www.newyorkjets.com/videos/v...ffseason/2471a2a3-2059-4e26-b7f1-b0d70451d8b0
