Those misers will definitely be active in the transfer market this summer. Chamakh to Arsenal is likely but they really need to sign tougher, defensive minded players like Vermaelan. There's too much dead weight on the team in the form of Almunia, Silvestre, Campbell, Denilson, Eduardo and Rosicky.
Yeah, the professor himself doesn't preach defense too much. Even for defenders, he prefers fancy to steady.
Saw the replay of this game. Messi es un dios!! Puta madre que goles!! Barca wins Rockets win Lost best episode yet Weinstephaner heffe Today was a great day
WOW. That THIRD ONE... made me almost cry at the beauty. Eres grande. Es lo que dijo ella.
Only 8 players have scored 4 goals in one game in the CL. Marco van Basten (Milan) Simone Inzaghi (Lazio) Dado Pršo (Monaco) Ruud van Nistelrooy (Manchester United) Andriy Shevchenko (Milan) Ferenc Puskas (Madrid) Lionel Messi (FC Barcelona)[
Very impressive. I'm in Manchester now and will root for my Bayern tonight. I would love to see a Bayern-Barca final. If I were the coach, I would put Lahm 90 minutes on Messi then.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I will also root for Bayern. Even though I do not like Van Gaal I do want to see a dutch coach succeed. SJC have fun tonight.
Thanks arno (already had fun in Manchester last night, but that's a different story  ). They also gave us a tour of Old Trafford, which was interesting. For the first match, a Dutch friend visited me and he was celebrating Bayern's last minute goal as if the Netherlands had just won the world cup. It was great. Bayern is becoming "little Holland" .
I have a feeling Darron Gibson could be the wold card in this match. He's not very well known, but he has one of the most powerful shots I've ever seen. If Bayern's central midfielders don't close him down, he could be the difference today.
Here is another link. "Rooney is limping after going down while challenging for the ball. The crowd are chanting his name, which may not be helpful long-term." doesn't look good. at least for now ManU is on top.
Skillswise Messi is no worse than Maradona. What separates them is the World Cup success, not ability.
Robben is such a dangerous gangster. Bayern has an amazing midfield that makes up for an under par back 4, and all their players have a high work rate. Seems to be the formula for success in the champions league and why Man U needs to ditch Berbatov this summer for a more aggressive option.
Michael Carrick is the one that needs to be ditched this summer. He pissed all over himself in the final last year and was a disgrace in both legs of this tie. There's no place for that in a Man United jersey. Odd stat, Bayern only led for about four minutes over both legs, but advance. Such is the nature of the away goal rule.
