I'm not at a loss for words. These F&^*ers need to be killed. They have repressed, tortured and killed more workers than your local tin-pot dictator. It is unbelievable that this still goes on in America.
Whenever I hear of people whining about unions and calling for liability caps I think of corporate abuses like this, only I usually think that this kind of outrage is a thing out of the distant past. It's clearly not. "The McWane Way" literally puts profit before the safety and welfare of its workers and they should be put out of business. I think they ought take the top brass responsible for this do something far worse than jail...like, make them work a 16 hour shift at the Tyler plant.
