Man, KState just dismantled UT last weekend at home, no less. I can't believe OU will have any trouble with them. But then, OU blew a lead against an inferior Colorado team too. OU was down last year and UT had Vince the previous year. I hope OU doesn't start another streak this weekend, but, in the words of many Star Wars characters.... I've got a bad feeling about this....
A week ago this game could have a deciding factor for who gets a shot at the national championship. I still believe LSU will not make it out undefeated in the SEC (Florida, Auburn, Kentucky) and USC still has big hurdles to jump CAl, Oregon, Arizona State) Now this game is pretty lame and guess what one of these teams will fall pretty badly after this game. 2 losses plus if they meet in the Big 12 title game then it could be 3 loss team with no shot at BCS bowl games. I have a feeling Texas will be on the receiving end of this fall from the top 25. They have looked weak all season long and it's catching up to them.
I'm hoping against all hopes Texas wins, though I'm thoroughly prepared for a complete spanking. Hook 'em!
If you're coming from Austin, the 35 split is down to 1 lane in each direction. Also, DPS said they will have cops every 5 miles. Have a nice drive!
I think he's going to get a good 30-40 snaps. Not all at QB, but he's going to have to be on the field a lot for UT to have a chance.
I'm almost positive that all our base are belong to the Sooner's this year. UT just looks bad all over the field.
