With lots of hype and buildup, here it is. Well, it was...OK. Some will call it racist, some will call it dumb, but i think it has potential. The writing could be better, but I did laugh a few times.

It felt like a pilot. As my wife said, it seemed like they were putting all the jokes out there at once. I felt like if it were an HBO show, it would be a hands-down knockout hit.

I'll watch it again once and see where it's going.

Xerobull, Jugdish might be talking about pre-airs before today's premiere.

I also saw this a few months ago and I think this show is going to be cancelled before the 4th episode.

The cavemen should stick w/ the Geico commercials.

The main cave man is Val Kilmore. He is better than some ads...i think.

I saw it. It wasn't all that bad. Not much else on worth watching at that time so I may check it out again.

I chuckled a couple of times. Kind of slow and forced, like most pilots. I may give this show another chance. The whole premise is just so stupid.... I told my fiancee that and she said "yeah, that's just your kind of show!" She may be right...

Remember, Seinfeld's pilot was L-A-M-E, so you never know.

I would be shocked if this show aired for more than 5 episodes..

Wow, you guys are harsh, I loved it.

"Keep your penis, in your genus"

    LOL !!

Comedies need time to find their legs....Cheers debuted in last place and was forced, but once the writers figured out the characters and their backstories grew it took off.

I think Caveman has major potential.

Network TV is truly in the crapper if they are developing shows from commercials.

I love Nick Kroll, but I doubt I could get into this show...

I am just happy they are back to DEVELOPING shows instead of just doing the cheap reality stuff.

At least now we can get some quality writing going again.

If any good comes of this, that is it. It's one less time slot for more reality crap.

The idea of developing a show from a commercial disturbs me, but I mean the concept and the characters of these commercials are just so good. I missed the show, maybe I can watch it online.

The real problem that should worry people is that the pilot has been rewritten, had new scenes shot, then rewritten and had scenes taken out. That is never a good thing.

Didn't The Simpsons come from a Butterfinger commercial? I could be wrong.

I watched the first episode online earlier and just saw the second episode and I thought that they were pretty funny. I like the different characters and once you get past the ridiculousness of having cavemen among us like another species it's a fun show.

After watching two episodes it made me forget that it came from a commercial and has kind of formed an identity.

It's not as good as some of the other shows that I watch, but I hope that it stays around long enough to really develop.

I did think that it was going to suck until I read this thread and saw that it wasn't everyone saying that it's horrible.

If you haven't watched it, check it out. It's probably better than you would expect.
