Exactly. Spoiler They've been abducted (possibly by Inhumans) and it seems like Coulson has accepted this fate by his willingness to get back to work instead of enjoying the view. Don't think this will be the last we've seen of GR either, since he mentioned Earth being only a piece of the multi-verse that is fighting the war before he lept back into outer space.
Hopefully the season finale with the abduction and space has something to do with S.W.O.R.D. I probably watched a total of 7 episodes this season and felt like I didn't miss anything. I like what they did at the end though. I'm ready for the new season. They really should cap these shows at 13 episodes.
Agents of Shield is not on the FALL Line up I think we will see alot of them in INHUMANS and If INHUMANS does not take off . . . .It will be a mid season replacement. Rocket River
This is either a really dumb move or a really smart one, by ABC. Dumb in that no one watches TV on Friday nights; smart in that AoS has hopefully built up enough of a fan base so that the ratings / numbers won't plummet.
First 17 minutes of the new season's first episode released via social media, if anybody still cares: I read somewhere that ABC had canceled it, but the Disney execs decided to override the decision for the good of the Marvel "brand".
This show was pretty lame the past couple seasons, but this final season has been really good. You can stream it at abc.com, or a pirating site like popcorn time.
I disagree, but at least they are ending it strong. Do you think others need to watch previous seasons? I don't, although Agent Carter is worth the watch.
I think people who want to watch this season, should at least watch last season. Otherwise, they won't know what the heck a 'Chronicom' is. My favorite arc of the entire series is the Ghost Rider arc though. Won't make sense to bring him back now, but I wish he'd make an appearance.
I LOVED Ghost Rider when I was 12. My favorite comic. I feel the character has been misused, but this is a scene I like.
