I've seen the first season. But... I don't know what hell I just watched but that looks very interesting.
Both seasons were pretty strong, 2nd was a tad weaker because of weird choices near the end but still very solid.
I was absolutely engrossed in the first season. I loved the character development, and loved how the season progressed. The second season started out strong, but by about the 4th episode, I started tuning out because they just tried to do way too much with it. I actually stopped watching around that time because it just felt way too contrived. I'm hoping that this season they take it back to what made Season 1 so special, and go back to keeping things simple.
I can vaguely remember but off the top of my head the reporter chick ended up killing her son, the one she had with Syler...
I think they did but I can't remember off the top of my head, don't think it made much sense, the alien stuff. Last season, it just seemed like they kept throwing stuff at the wall to one up the first season....
Same initial reaction, but after the first few minutes, it was extremely corny. AMH nose-dived the latter part of season 2 and this wasn't a step in the right direction. The previews of future episodes also didn't look all that great.
See I was actually a fan of the episode. Wasn't fantastic but I thought it set up some cool ideas. The frat party thing was kind of worthless, but other than that I was on board. We'll see how it goes though. I give it a 7/10
I actually went the opposite direction. Yes, the Bates part in the first scene was good but then as they changed to modern day i started to think to myself "well this could get corny". At the end of the episode, however, i was really enjoying it. I was told that the writers/creators were going to make the 3rd season a little more lighter since the prior season was so weird/dark
I enjoyed the set up. I think the first episode did it's job, looking forward to seeing where this all goes.
